On a positive note, the staff and owners were wonderful. They were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The food served during dinner, lunch, and breakfast was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the top quality of the rooms. They were clean, well-decorated, and cozy. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic, situated in a beautiful area with lovely walks and a stunning river nearby. despite the disappointments, the service and amenities offered at this hotel made the experience enjoyable.
Well, let me start off by saying that the vegetarian options at this hotel were a huge disappointment. I stayed during the New Year and both the Friday and Saturday menus had the same limited choices for vegetarians.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, nestled in the beautiful Welsh Valley. The staff were kind and prompt, and the service couldn't be faulted. The food was excellent, with a great selection of locally-sourced dishes. The hotel also had a lovely seating room where we could relax and unwind.
There were a couple of negatives during our stay. we were charged extra for breakfast, even though we had booked through a third-party website.

We had high expectations for this place, and they exceeded them all. the Bell At Skenfrith boasts a picturesque location with stunning views of nearby castle ruins. We enjoyed wandering down by the river during the day and eating dinner in the garden during the warm evenings. Our room was cosy and well-equipped, with a bathroom that had everything we needed. the breakfasts were delicious and gave us a great start to each day.
Although the staff were consistently friendly and polite, they seemed a bit disorganized and understaffed at times.
